My life coaching services are individual and personalized for your needs. One thing you should know about me is that I have a deep and close relationship with God*. I believe that my purpose is to help others grow and love themselves unconditionally. As a Spiritual Guide, I will listen to your experience and do my best to offer support and nurturing as you tackle the storms of whatever season you may be going through,
I know how challenging it can be to find joy and happiness when you’re feeling overwhelmed, frustrated, or stuck . That’s why I started this business – to help others find the strength and courage they need to live their lives with greater confidence, happiness and success.
Life coaching will change the way you live. You’ll develop new skills, gain confidence and self-esteem, build stronger connections, and find solutions. I work closely with clients to reprogram growth mindsets using positive affirmations, mantras, and grounding techniques.

This package consists of a 1 hour coaching call with me via Zoom or over the phone. Topics covered could range from venting, collaborative search of obstacles that may be blocking your growth, encouragement and uplifting, or any area of your life you may want to discuss.
These do not come with an Action Plan, or access to me throughout the week.

This package is for Businesses that want to build a more cohesive and confident staff. I will work closely with you to design a fun and rewarding coaching session to help your employees improve their emotional regulation skills, confidence and communication.
We will also work on ways to handle stress and self soothe for happier employees!
Tarot Readings
$60 flat rate
I offer 30 minute Tarot Reading Sessions. Sessions are over Zoom and recorded. Client will receieve a copy of their Tarot reading after session.
